Booking Policy

By Booking an appointment at LUNA Skin + Brow you are agreeing to our booking and cancellation policy.

 

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations or less than 24 hours notice is 50% charge of your booking.

NO SHOWS or less than 4 hours notice is 100% charge, we have lost business and turned away other paying customers, we cannot fill that spot in the time. 

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, to relax, enjoy a beauty renewal drink and ensure you have filled out all relevant paper work.

 

We will pre send your forms via email or text message and can be filled our prior to your appointment day.

 

If you are late to your appointment, your time duration will be shortened, so we can ensure to run on time for our other clients.
